In March 2026, Penn State University embarked on an exciting UK rugby tour, blending high-performance sport and an active sightseeing roster.

From the outset, the squad was immersed in elite rugby environments, taking part in a professional training session at Saracens’ StoneX Stadium and enjoying behind-the-scenes tours of the World Rugby Museum and Allianz Stadium. These experiences provided valuable insight into the history, professionalism, and standards of the game at the highest level.
A highlight of the tour was the opportunity to compete against strong UK opposition, including a fixture against the University of Exeter and a match between Penn State and Morriston RFC in Swansea.
Off the pitch, the group experienced the cultural side of the UK sightseeing in the historic city of Bath, taking in its iconic landmarks and atmosphere. The tour concluded with an unforgettable trip to watch Wales take on Italy in the Guinness Six Nations, where the players witnessed the intensity and passion of international rugby.
