Forest School’s Cricket Tour to Dubai

Forest School U13 and U15s Cricket embarked on an unforgettable tour to Dubai, with po coaching, competitive fixtures, and a taste of the city’s world-famous attractions.

Flying from London Heathrow, the group arrived in the UAE ready for a week of cricket and cultural exploration. The tour began with exclusive pro-coaching sessions delivered by the Rajasthan Royals, giving players the opportunity to train under elite-level coaches and experience the professionalism of an IPL franchise first-hand. 
Between sessions, the group explored Dubai’s iconic sights, with a highlight visit to the Dubai Mall, home to world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment – including the spectacular fountain show. 
On the field, the players faced a challenging schedule of fixtures. The U15s opened their tour with a 30-over match against Kings Academy, showcasing impressive teamwork. Both teams then took to the Malek Stadium in Ajman for two thrilling T20 touring fixtures against YTCA, where both sides displayed exceptional talent under floodlights. 
The tour concluded in style with a trip to Al Ain, where both age groups took on the Al Ain Cricket Academy in a 40-over clash, rounding off the week with strong performances and lasting memories. 
After a week of sunshine, sport, and unforgettable experiences, the Forest School squad flew home, proud of their achievements on and off the pitch – and inspired by the unique cricketing culture of the UAE.
