March 2026 saw the students of Neath Port Talbot College embark on a powerful and thought-provoking history tour to Berlin, combining immersive learning with cultural exploration.
The group also explored significant historical sites including Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp and the East Side Gallery, providing powerful insight into the realities of World War II and the impact of the Cold War. Time was also spent exploring Berlin more widely, allowing students to experience the culture and atmosphere of this vibrant and historic city.
To round off the tour, students visited the Tropical Islands Resort for end-of-trip R&R.
Blending impactful historical learning with cultural discovery and unique activities, the tour provided a memorable and enriching experience for all involved.
