In March 2024, Swansea Uplands RFC U16 embarked on their first tour with MSG, travelling as a group of 37 from Bristol Airport to Amsterdam. The team based themselves just outside the city at Walibi Hotel Park, an ideal setting for a youth rugby tour thanks to its spacious layout and comfortable accommodation.
A highlight of the trip was their fixture against Rugby Club Eemland, where the players had the chance to showcase their skills and enjoy time with their hosts afterwards. Beyond the rugby, the group spent a free day exploring Amsterdam before enjoying a full day at Walibi Theme Park, making the most of its attractions and rollercoasters.
With its balance of sport, adventure, and sightseeing, the tour offered everything a youth team could hope for. The players returned home with strengthened friendships, shared experiences, and memories that will last a lifetime.
