Introducing our Head of Events and Media
MSG are excited to announce Ross Harries as the company’s new Head of Events and Media.
The MSG line up is boosted with a premier makeover through the addition of Ross – a renowned and well-recognised rugby journalist, broadcaster and media front man.
Famed for his abiding stint as headline presenter for BBC Wales’ Scrum V show, Ross joins MSG with immediate effect as MSG’s Head of Events and Media. Combining roles with coverage of the Pro 14’s Premier Sports footage, the appointment brings a cutting-edge approach to our communications across club, schools and live sports fan platforms, keeping people travelling safely and positively as we navigate through C-19.
One of Ross’ biggest projects will be on our Supporters’ Tour to South Africa. He will choreograph and host our live events during the Lions series alongside esteemed guests including the The Beast, Lions and Wales coach Gareth Jenkins, former Wales captain Rupert Moon and Lions and England star, Tim Stimpson.
Ross is the host of our brand new podcast – The MSG Lekker Lounge – which aims to engage our supporters and get them excited ahead of South Africa 2021. Alongside Ross, we will launch our rugby club podcast, The 22 where we’ll give rugby clubs the platform to share their stories from on the pitch or in the clubhouse.

Ross Harries, MSG’s new Head of Events and Media said: “These days, it’s vital to have things to look forward to, and what better tonic for these troubled times than the prospect of an epic Lions tour. I am enormously excited to be joining MSG, a company that combines two of my most enduring passions – rugby and travel.
“I can’t wait to get stuck into this role, and to enjoy what will surely be an incredible trip to one of the greatest rugby nations on earth. If I wasn’t working for this company, I’d surely be signing up for one of their tours!”

Croeso and welcome to Team MSG, Ross!
