Day 1
Your tour will start with the group assembling at your clubhouse.
The coach will arrive ready to depart to Dover.
Depart from Dover to Calais.
Arrive in to Calais and re-join as a group with your coach. Please note that France is +1 ahead of UK time.
Transfer to the Netherlands (4 hours)
Check-in for your four night night stay on a self catered basis.
Day 2
Breakfast at your own cost.
Today you will head via coach to Amsterdam.
Gather as a group at the entrance of Walibi Village to meet your coach and driver for the day.
Depart from your accommodation.
Transfer Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
You will arrive at your designated drop off point to explore Amsterdam
Once you have enjoyed exploring this city you will head back on your coach to your accommodation.
Day 3
Breakfast at your own cost.
The coach will pick you up and head to Hilversum Rugby Club.
Arrive at Hilversum Rugby Club. Drink in the festival atmosphere and prepare for the start of the tournament.
The matches start at 10:00 with the last matches being played around 17:00. The match schedule will be published a few days before the festival takes place, allowing for any last minute changes.
Whilst there, several food options will be available: chips, different kinds of rolls, pies (savoury), sweets, crisps. And of course, drinks will also be sold: coffee, tea, soft drinks, wine and beer. Weather permitting, ice cream will also be available.
Board the coach back to the Walibi Village for some well-earned rest.

Day 4
Breakfast at your own cost.
Today you have a full day at the Walibi Theme Park at your own time and leisure.

After an exhilarating, fun-filled day, retreat back to the accommodation for some well-earned rest.
Day 5
Breakfast at your own cost.
Depart the hotel on your coach.
Arrive at the port for passports checks and check-in
Scheduled departure from Calais on your DFDS Ferry.
Scheduled arrival into Dover DFDS Port.
Once back in Dover you will transfer back to your club house.
End of Tour.
