Day 1
FRI – Travel Day
Meet at select regional airport for flight to Cork Airport
Make your way through security and into the departure lounge
Baggage Allowance:
1 x small bag to fit under the seat in front (45 x 25 x 20)
TBC: Flight departs from select regional airport
TBC: Flight arrives at Cork Airport
Make your way through customs and into the arrivals hall. Meet your minibus driver who will take you to your accommodation in central Cork.
Day 2
SAT – Pool Fixtures
08:00 – 09:00 Enjoy continental breakfast at the hostel (+€4pp) or find a local cafe for a full Irish breakfast before a busy day of 7’s.
09:00 Board your minibus from your hostel for transfer to Kinsale RFC
Approximate transfer time 30 minutes
10:00 – Pool matches begin, with over 150 matches to scheduled across the two days!
The bar in the Heineken marquee opens around 12pm with music and fun all day, and there is a wonderful choice of food available from 10am onwards in the food marquee.
18:30 – Play ends for the day
The Heineken marquee stays open until around 8pm at which time players make their way back into the town for rest or further entertainment.
20:00 Minibus transfer back to your hostel.

Day 3
SUN – Pool Fixtures and Finals!
08:00 – 09:00 Enjoy continental breakfast at the hostel (+€4pp) or head to a local cafe recommended by the hostel.
09:00 Board your minibus from your hostel for transfer to Kinsale RFC
Approximate transfer time 30 minutes
10:00 – Some pool play will be completed this morning and all competitions move to the knockout phases
The plate competitions in the open & social section, together with trophies for the winners, ensures that teams at all levels of skills and fitness have something to play for.
18:30 – Play ends for the day
The Heineken marquee stays open until around 8pm, followed by an optional festival post-wrap party at a venue in Kinsale town – tickets available at the event marquee.
20:00 Minibus transfer back to your hostel or stay in Kinsale and arrange taxi’s back to Cork later on.

Day 4
Mon – Travel Home!
