Catering to U16, U17, U18, U19 and veteran teams, the Ghent Rugby Festival sees teams from around Europe gather in true celebration of the sport!
Having run for 30+ years, Ghent Rugby Festival is a staple on every rugby calendar. This dynamic and lively event brings players from around Europe into a hub of activity. Aside from the on-pitch drama, there are parties well into the evenings on all three weekend nights.
Ghent is one of Belgium’s oldest cities and one of the chief towns of the medieval county of Flanders. By the 13th century it was one of the largest towns in northern Europe and recognised for its warm welcome to tourists and visitors. Several group-friendly accommodations are available to host your team across the Easter weekend, all located within the walls of this ancient city.

Day 1
Assemble at your clubhouse ready for coach departure.
Coach transfer from your clubhouse to the Port of Dover.
Ferry crossing from Dover to Calais.
Coach transfer from Calais to your accommodation in Ghent on your chartered coach.
Journey time: Approx. 2h 15 mins
Check in to the hotel.
Rest of the evening at your leisure.
Day 2
Breakfast included at your accommodation.
Coach transfer from your accommodation to the Ghent Rugby Festival
Journey time: Approx. 20 mins
Arrive at Ghent Rugby Festival.
Prize ceremony at the end of the day.
Board the coach back to the hotel.

Ferry crossing departure from Calais to Dover.
Arrive in to Dover and board your coach transfer back to your clubhouse.
