Gibraltar 7s returns in June 2026, boasting a bigger and better event with more teams, competitions, entertainment, parties, music and sunshine.
Held across the long weekend of Thursday 25 - 29 June 2026, teams enter one of six categories offering two days' tournament play.

With 850+ participants, £10k prize money and ocean views from the 3G pitch at Europa Point, teams can enjoy a sunshine break with plenty to do on and off the field.
From climbing 'The Rock', paddleboarding, boat cruises or partying in the Heineken VIP Hospitality Terrace, there's something for every type of rugby tourist at the Gibraltar 7s.

Day 1
Flight packages to Gibraltar are available from regional airports including Birmingham, Bristol, Gatwick, Heathrow and Manchester.
Additionally, we can coordinate tours into Malaga, lying just over an hour away from Gibraltar itself. This opens up additional services from Belfast, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford and Stansted.
For illustrative purposes, we have based this tour on departing from Birmingham.
04:30: Meet as a group at Birmingham Airport
Luggage allowance:
1 x cabin bag per person
06:45: Scheduled departure of flight to Gibraltar
10:45: Scheduled arrival of flight in Gibraltar
Once you have cleared customs, make your way to the hotel by foot (15 minute walk)
Check-in for the next 3 x nights at the Holiday Inn Express, where twin rooms are provided on a bed and breakfast basis.
A free afternoon to explore the local area. The hotel lies just 10 minutes’ walk into the centre square of Gibraltar with its many bars and restaurants.
Day 2
07:00 – 09:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
Make your way via public transport (included) for the short journey to Europa Point Complex for day one of the Gibraltar 7s

PACKAGE 1: Heineken VIP Hospitality Terrace
OPEN: Saturday & Sunday from 12 noon. The most immersive and involved way to take it to the “next level” is on the Heineken Hospitality Terrace. The Terrace is a great way for family, friends and colleagues to enjoy the experience of the Gibraltar 7s with an amazing view and the perks of a private bar.

Day 4
Travel Day
08:00-09:30: Breakfast at hotel.
09:30: Check out of your hotel and take the short 15 minute walk to the departure terminal at Gibraltar Airport
09:45: Arrive at Gibraltar Airport
11:35: Scheduled departure of flight from Gibraltar Airport to Birmingham
13:30: Scheduled arrival of your flight to Birmingham.
Upon arrival, clear customs and collect your luggage.
End of arrangements with MSG Tours.
