Summer 2023 saw the Northern Irishmen from rural Clogher Valley embark on an adventurous tour to Washington state and British Columbia. 

This twin-country tour commenced in Seattle, home to Starbucks, the late Jimi Hendrix, Microsoft and some very cool bars and restaurants. 

Playing in the CanAm Sevens gave the tourists a healthy day’s tournament play prior to opposing Victoria’s Castaway Wanderers in their second outing. 

Commuting to Canada via ferry offered a refreshing travel alternative, enjoying the thousands of islands that make up the archipelago between both countries. 

Sightseeing at Vancouver’s Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and Whistler’s white waters topped off an unforgettable trip to two outstanding rugby countries.
